From bean to container, controlled quality
Controlled Fermentation
6-7 days of natural fermentation to develop aromas
Natural Drying
Controlled solar drying for optimal moisture (7-8%)
Manual Sorting
Visual inspection: mold, breakage, foreign matter. Defect tolerance per export grade.
Export Packaging
Jute bags + PE liner / big bags – moisture and odor protection. Ventilated container / fumigation as needed.
